TERMS AND CONDITIONS REGARDING THE SALE AND PAYMENT OF ENTRY TICKETS FOR NATIONAL PARKS AND NATURE PARKS IN CROATIA

Purchase and payment of entry tickets via the PARKS OF CROATIA web shop (hereinafter: Website) is possible only for those national parks and nature parks (hereinafter: Parks) that have signed contracts on the distribution and payment of entry tickets via the Website.
In addition to these Terms and Conditions regarding the sale of Park entry tickets via the Website, the General Terms and Conditions regarding the use of the PARKS OF CROATIA web shop also apply in full.

Types of entry tickets

By using the Website, Users may purchase standard types of entry ticket (one-day and multi-day entry tickets), according to the relevant price lists defined by each individual Park.
In the process of purchase of entry tickets, the User chooses the type and quantity of entry tickets he/she wants to purchase. The use of purchased entry ticket is subject to the conditions and methods of use of entry ticket for a given Park (single/multiple entry in a single day, etc.), and the period of use of the entry ticket is defined by the category of the purchased entry ticket (seasonal entry ticket; pre-season entry ticket; out-of-season entry ticket; etc.).

Issuance of invoice

With the introduction of the Fiscalization Act, entry ticket cannot serve as invoice, and a separate invoice is issued for the purchased entry ticket.
Invoice and entry tickets will be sent to the registered e-mail address of the User, and they can also be downloaded from the user webpage (user account of the User).
If the User wishes to obtain the R1 invoice, the User must enter the data required for issuance of the R1 invoice prior to the confirmation of the order and payment. The User is responsible for the punctuality of all data entered in the process of purchase. Subsequent changes are not possible.

Print@home entry tickets – download and use

Print@home is a service of printing out entry tickets purchased via the Website (Print@home entry ticket). Each Print@home entry ticket has a separate (unique) 1D barcode printed on it.
One Print@home entry ticket with one 1D barcode is printed out as one entry ticket.
Upon the completion of purchase, the User must print out the purchased Print@home entry ticket and bring it when entering the Park. Exceptionally, in cases when Print@home is not possible, the User must show the tickets via smart mobile phone.
Subsequent printout of Print@home entry ticket at sales points of the Park is not possible.

When arriving to the Park, the User must scan the Print@home entry ticket on a Park entry control device or show the entry ticket to Park staff in charge of Park entry control, in order to validate the Print@home entry ticket and gain access to the Park.
The User with an entry ticket for special categories of visitors, i.e. entry ticket with discounted price (entry tickets for children, students, etc.), must show a valid ID to Park staff in charge of Park entry control as proof of his/her right to use a discounted entry ticket, i.e. entry ticket for special categories of visitors.

Any copying, distribution, transfer, publication or modification of Print@home entry ticket is strictly prohibited!

If a duplicate of Print@home entry ticket exists, the right of entry and entry ticket validity will be acknowledged for the first person that scans such Print@home entry ticket on a Park entry control device or shows the entry ticket to Park staff in charge of Park entry ticket control.
The User is responsible for printout and use of Print@home entry ticket received at the registered e-mail address upon the completion of purchase via the Website.
The Parks and the company Infoart grupa d.o.o. are not responsible for the appearance of duplicates of Print@home entry tickets or for any other manner of abuse of an issued, paid and delivered Print@home entry ticket.
In case of transfer of Print@home entry ticket from the User (buyer) to a third person, these Terms and Conditions are transferred and applied to any current holder of that entry ticket. The User must point out the provisions of these Terms and Conditions to the person to whom the entry ticket is transferred.
For all additional information about a Park (opening hours, attractions, events, etc.) and about the types of entry tickets and methods of their use, Users are advised to visit the official website of a given Park.

Cancellation and/or replacement of purchased entry tickets

All orders and purchases of entry tickets via the Website are binding and final, and they cannot be cancelled, changed or subjected to additional payment for another type of entry ticket.
Each Print@home entry ticket purchased via the Website becomes valid upon the completion of the purchase procedure, i.e. upon the sending of the Confirmation of Purchase and the issuance of invoice.
If a Print@home entry ticket remains unused, it is not possible to return such entry ticket and to receive reimbursement for it.
